Can't even comment on this as I have never received them while you logistics team insisted that they were delivered without even comparing the address on the order and delivery address, which were so obviously different. What a joke!!! My order was not only sent to the wrong address but to an entirely different country. How is this even possible? It's outrageous that you’re sending me a survey while I’m still trying to resolve this issue with your so-called customer service team. This shows a complete lack of respect for your customers. Once this issue is resolved—if it ever is—you can count on losing me as a customer. I’ll also be leaving negative reviews wherever possible. Frankly, I don’t see the point in these surveys if nothing will be done to improve the experience for your current or future customers.
